A tractor-trailer rollover blocked the ramps from Interstate 17 to Loop 101 in north Phoenix for several hours on Thursday.
The crash occurred early Thursday morning, stopping traffic on I-17 northbound and southbound to L-101 eastbound.
Air15 video showed debris covering the ramp, including cement bags from the truck's trailer.
The ramps reopened around 9 a.m. after the lengthy closure through rush hour.
It's unknown what caused the crash at this time.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety said it was unknown whether anyone was injured in the crash.
