Suspects hold victim at knifepoint in Phoenix

Officials are looking for the suspects who held a victim at knifepoint in north Phoenix.

Phoenix police said on April 8, two suspects approached the victim at 21st Avenue and Thunderbird Road and asked for a ride to 51st Avenue and Indian School Road.

The victim refused, but did offer to drive them to a Circle K at 25th Avenue and Thunderbird Road. Once at the store, a female suspect went into Circle K (pictured above) while the male suspect waited in the car.

The victim then drove the suspects to the parking lot of an apartment complex at 21st Avenue and Thunderbird Road where the suspects attempted to steal the vehicle.

According to police, the suspects held the victim at knifepoint and punched the victim.

The victim was able to run from the scene and the suspects fled the area.

The suspects are described as the following: Suspect #1: Hispanic male, 25 years old, 5'9", 170 lbs., unshaven, shaved/buzzed head, wearing a grey shirt and black pants. Suspect #2: White or Hispanic female, 25-27 years old, 5'9", 115 lbs., long black curly hair, wearing a black sweater and black pants
