Police are investigating an armed robbery at a Phoenix motel.
Officers responded to a Budget Suites of America motel near 27th Avenue and Union Hills Drive around 4:30 a.m. on Thursday morning.
According to police, three suspects forced entry into the victim’s hotel room and robbed him at gunpoint. The victim also reported to police that he was assaulted before the suspects fled the scene.
Police searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspects.
The victim was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
