PHOENIX — The Phoenix Police Department has located an 81-year-old man who was missing since Saturday.
Pedro Manuel Manjon Bernal was found Monday morning after being last seen leaving his residence in the area of 27th Street and Cactus Road.
He has since been reunited with his family.
