New developments have bee made public after a meeting to clear the air for a valley business that went up in flames.
The owner of the Buffalo Chip Saloon in Cave Creek talked about what he's doing with the donations raised intended for workers.
The saloon burned down in November. They had a fundraiser in mid-December where each worker received $200, but some claim others received more, and that includes workers who took part in the fundraiser.
The owner Larry Wendt says he just wants to dispel the rumors going around.
"There was no theft, there was no misappropriation, not one penny has gone anywhere but to the staff," he said. "I thank this glorious community for doing it."
He says the building could be bulldozed this week.
