The Phoenix Police Department with help from Silent Witness is looking for information on a robbery suspect.

According to police, the suspect entered a Walgreens near 67th Avenue and Happy Valley Road around 5:30 p.m. on October 11.

Police say the suspect waited for customers to leave before demanding money from an employee.

The suspect pretended to purchase a few items with cash in order for the register to open before demanding all the money, police say.

The employee told police he had his right hand under his shirt holding an unknown object that he pointed at the clerk.

The suspect is being described as a 50-year-old white male, 5 foot 8 inches, 150 pounds, clean shaven and wearing a red Cardinals hate, red Cardinals shirt, tan cargo shorts, and brown flip flops.

He was last seen fleeing the area in a black 2000’s model Chevy Tahoe with a slight lift.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact police or may leave an anonymous tip by calling 480-WITNESS.
