PHOENIX — Phoenix police officers say a child is in serious condition after a crash Thursday.
Officials say at around 12:20 p.m., officers responded to the collision near 27th and Northern avenues.
A 1 and a half-year-old boy was reportedly unrestrained at the time of the crash, and now has serious injuries, officials say.
No other people were injured in this collision, police say.
