A man hit by a car Sunday night has died, said police.
Sgt. Jonathan Howard said the crash happened Sunday evening just north of Seventh Street and Hatcher Road. The man was crossing Seventh Street mid-block when he was hit by a vehicle.
The man died at the scene, said Howard. His identity has not been released.
Police said speed or impairment do not appear to be factors in the crash.
No other details have been released.
