Phoenix Police say Happy Valley Road is closed at I-17 after a serious motorcycle crash early Wednesday morning.
The crash involved a single motorcycle. Police say the rider lost control and struck a median, leaving the rider in critical condition.
Happy Valley Road is expected to remain closed through rush hour.
