A Mesa business owner is facing an assault charge after allegedly pulling a knife on a customer who complained about the service.
According to court documents, a customer named Christian got his car washed at the "Five Star Car Wash" near University Drive and Dobson Road, but was unhappy with the service.
He let the business owner know and the two got into an argument.
Christian walked out, but on his way, he told another potential customer to avoid the car wash.
The owner, identified as Sohid Ul Islam, became upset and pulled out a "large curved knife" with an 8-inch blade and held it over his head, according to court records.
Christian ran from the business and called police.
Islam was arrested and booked into jail for aggravated assault.
