PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating a homicide near Interstate 17 and Cactus Road.
Authorities say during the early morning of July 3, police responded to a burglary call at a home on 28th Drive.
When they arrived they found a man inside who was unresponsive.
When paramedics arrived on scene the man was pronounced dead.
Officers observed the home and noticed that it had been ransacked.
