A 27-year-old man is in custody in connection to several fires in north Phoenix.
Phoenix fire said there were several dumpster fires in the area of 7th Street and Dunlap Avenue on Saturday morning.
Witnesses told police that an adult man was seen setting a dumpster on fire.
As officers were on scene, a witness saw Walltio J. Cervantes walking back to the area.
He was taken into custody without incident and booked into jail for arson.
