Two people have been taken into custody after a vehicle pursuit Friday night.
DPS troopers say at around 8:21 p.m. they began a pursuit of a vehicle that was headed west on US-60 near Gilbert Road.
Troopers say the vehicle was traveling at criminal speeds during the pursuit.
The pursuit moved to westbound Interstate 10 and then northbound on State Route 143 when the car was stopped near Sky Harbor Boulevard.
Details surrounding this incident are not yet known at this time.
