PHOENIX — The franchisees behind the Valley locations of popular ice cream chain Creamistry are looking to fill a hole in the marketplace with the launch of a nitrogen delivery service, N7 Delivery LLC.
Irvine, California-based Creamistry uses liquid nitrogen to freeze ice cream to order.
Getting their hands on the gas proved difficult for Arizona franchisees Ryan Zeleznak and Andre Wadsworth, a former Arizona Cardinals player.
“It was difficult to even buy liquid nitrogen,” said Wadsworth, likening the process to the black market.
