Phoenix Fire Department says two people suffered gunshot wounds early Saturday morning.
Officials were called to the area of 30th Avenue and McDowell Road around 5:45 a.m.
Police say the men were walking southbound on 30th Avenue when they were shot at by an unknown person.
The victims, ages 25 and 29, were taken to the hospital where they are expected to recover.
Phoenix Police are investigating the scene as an aggravated assault.
The victims are reportedly not cooperating with officers.
