A vehicle fleeing from Phoenix Police was involved in a crash on northbound I-17 Thursday morning.
Phoenix Police say the vehicle sped off after officers responded to a noise complaint around 3:45 a.m.
As the driver attempted to get onto the I-17, the vehicle crashed into a barrier, blocking three northbound lanes and the Thunderbird Road on-ramp.
Phoenix Police say three people from the car were detained at the scene of the crash.
Police are trying to determine whether the vehicle, which has fake license plates, was stolen.
