Three children were removed from a home after a shooting in Phoenix.
According to police, two people were shot at an apartment near McDowell Road and 36th Street early Saturday morning.
Police say one woman was shot, but she was treated and released. A man was also shot and was taken to a hospital to have non-life threatening injuries treated.
Police are investigating but said those inside the apartment are not cooperating. There were three children inside the home and child protective services were called out to remove the children.
Police tell ABC15 the incident involved a fight. Drug enforcement detectives were also called out to assist in the investigation. There is no suspect information at this time.
