A suspect is in custody after stealing a vehicle in Phoenix.
Around 2 a.m. police say the victim was at gas station off 24th Avenue and Thomas Road, when the suspect threatened him and stole his truck.
Shortly after that, an officer spotted the truck and a short pursuit followed.
The suspect bailed from the truck near 13th Avenue and McDowell Road.
Police set up a perimeter and found the suspect hiding under the stolen truck.
The name of the suspect has not been released.
