Police say several people are in custody in relation to a stolen U-Haul truck.
Multiple police vehicles were seen at the intersection of 10th Avenue and Madison Street around noon on Wednesday.
Air15 video from the scene showed officials stopped a U-Haul truck in the area and several people exiting the vehicle.
