Six Phoenix-area master-planned communities are among the 50 top-selling communities across the country, according to a Washington, D.C.-based real estate group.
RCLCO Real Estate Advisors this week released its survey of the most popular master-planned communities in the U.S.
Of the six in the Valley, five are in the West Valley — an area ripe for continued growth.
The only community in the East Valley to make the list was Eastmark, a 3,200-acre community spanning 5 square miles near Ellsworth and Elliot roads in Mesa.
