Silent Witness is looking for a man who assaulted a performer outside of Valley Bar in Phoenix on June, 30 2016.
The victim, a 41-year-old man, had to have surgery and had four plates put in his face after the attack.
Silent Witness says it happened at about 10:30 p.m. when the victim was walking to his car in the alley at the bar near Central Ave and Van Buren Street. The suspect is described as a white male wearing a white shirt and a red baseball cap.
