The Arizona Department of Public Safety says a rollover crash is has closed the Loop 202 westbound onramp at 40th Street.
The female driver of the vehicle had to be extricated and was taken to the hospital in serious condition but is expected to survive.
That driver is also being investigated for possible impairment.
