Welcome to Phoenix, El Nino.

Much of the Valley has already picked up over a quarter of an inch of rain and much more is on the way. With three more storms moving in, most of the Valley will get 1 to 2 inches of rain by Friday.

Rain gages from the Maricopa County Flood Control District register when 0.04 inches of rain is collected. Less than that, it's considered non-measurable rainfall.
