Authorities are looking for a man accused of cashing nearly $30,000 in bad checks at Valley banks last year.

Police say the suspect cashed the bad checks between November and December 2015 at banks throughout the Valley, including Glendale, Surprise, Sun City and Avondale. The checks were deposited in-person and online.

Clear surveillance pictures were released by Silent Witness on Wednesday. He is described as a white man, bald or shaved head with tattoos on his arms.

A tattoo on his right hand reads "623," according to police.

Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS. They are offering a reward of up to $1,000.
