PHOENIX — Police say two men are dead after a shooting at an apartment complex in Phoenix Monday night.
Officers were called to the complex near Interstate 17 and Greenway Road around 8:40 p.m.
Police say the suspect, identified as a 30-year-old man, was involved in a verbal argument with two other men in the parking lot of the complex.
During the argument, the suspect shot both men, leaving them both with fatal injuries.
Fire and police officials found the victims, 39- and 37-year-old men, and pronounced them dead at the scene.
The suspect, who has not yet been named, was found in a nearby apartment and taken into custody.
