Police have swarmed a Phoenix neighborhood to investigate a deadly shooting.
The incident happened around 2:30 a.m. near 21st Street and Osborn Road.
Phoenix police said officer responded and found a man with an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
According to police, the roommate to the victim called 911 and said he heard someone knocking at the door and the victim told him to call 911. While on the phone he heard a gunshot and the victim was found injured,
