Five adults have been taken to hospitals after a crash at 16th Street under the Interstate 17 overpass, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.
Firefighters told ABC15 that a 57-year-old woman, 28-year-old man, 28-year-old woman and an 18-year-old woman were transported to hospitals in serious condition. A 27-year-old man was also transported in stable condition, according to Phoenix firefighters.
Two children, who were involved in the collision, were not injured and are with their family members at the scene.

Fire crews extricated some of the individuals, although it's not clear who was extricated or how many vehicles were involved in the collision.
The Phoenix Police Department is investigating the collision.
