Phoenix police need your help finding a man responsible for kidnapping and molesting a 4-year-old girl in 2010. ABC15 is highlighting this case to get this threat against Valley children off the streets.
Officials said a Caucasian man, described as 25 to 30 years old, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, thin build, blonde/light brown hair, kidnapped a 4-year-old girl from an apartment complex near 44th Street and McDowell Road on Feb. 27, 2010.
The man forced the girl into a newer model 4-door dark grey sedan and molested her prior to releasing her nearly a mile away near 44th Street and Oak.
