At least one person is in custody stemming from a stolen car investigation in Phoenix.
According to police, the incident happened Thursday night near 35th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.
Neighbors said they saw officers put two people into a patrol car while a third ran into a home in that area.
During the barricade situation, police told neighbors to stay in their homes.
"The cop was there with his rifle by my son's truck, pointing it down the street," said Rose Vincent. "That's when he yelled at me to get in the house twice."
Phoenix officers were eventually able to get the suspect to come out. So far, no names have been released in connection with the incident.
