PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating after three people were shot in a drive-by shooting near 16th Street and Roeser Road Thursday.
Officers say they responded to the shooting call at around 8 p.m., and once they arrived on scene, they found two adult male victims and one adult female victim who had been shot.
The three victims were transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
During the preliminary investigation, officers learned that the victims were shot while standing outside of a home when an occupant of a dark-colored car fired at them and drove off.
Officials are now working to gather more information.
