Phoenix police say they're looking for a suspect who allegedly stole a vehicle and fled on foot near 27th Avenue and Claremont Street.

Four people were inside the vehicle and two of them fled on foot when police tried to stop them in the area. The two that stayed in the car were arrested, and the other two hid inside a nearby apartment complex.

After a lengthy search in the area, one of the last two suspects was found and arrested. The other is still outstanding.

Police say weapons and burglary tools were found in the stolen vehicle.

Police have arrested Spencer Moore, Hope Hart and Lashonda Smith, all passengers in the vehicle. They are being charged with theft of means of transportation, theft of guns, failure to comply with a police officer and all three have additional warrants that are unrelated to Wednesday's investigation.

The fourth suspect, the driver of the vehicle, is believed to be in the area. He is in his 20's.
