Officials are investigating a “shots fired” call at a hookah lounge early Friday morning.
Phoenix police said the incident happened at a hookah lounge in the area of 35th Avenue and Greenway Road.
Two groups inside the lounge were playing “hookah pong” and got into a heated argument. The two groups went outside into the parking lot where some type of altercation took place and one of the individuals shot up into the air.
Officers say no one was hit by the gunfire and no one has been taken into custody.
