Phoenix police say two shooting suspects were detained after an early morning pursuit on Valley freeways.
According to police, a woman called just before 5 a.m. to report that unknown people shot her vehicle twice while she was parked near 51st Avenue and McDowell Road.
They took off, but the victim followed the suspects along the I-10 where they reportedly shot at her two more times.
The victim stopped with police and officers confirmed gunshot damage to her vehicle.
The suspects continued, reaching the Loop 101 in the north Valley, fleeing officers and DPS troopers. Two suspects in the car ditched the vehicle near Loop 101 and 64th Street where they were later taken into custody.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
