PHOENIX — Police say a person is in serious condition after being shot in Phoenix Wednesday night
Officers were called to the scene near 41st Avenue and Thomas Road around 9:30 p.m.
Authorities say the investigation is in its early stages and they do not have a suspect description at this time.
