PHOENIX — Police say a motorist found a man dead in Phoenix late Sunday night.
Officials were called to the scene near 25th Avenue and Van Buren Street for reports of a shooting. When they arrived around 11 p.m. Sunday, they found a man in the roadway.
The victim, a 22-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation has been deemed a homicide, according to Phoenix police.
At this time, police say no suspect has been identified or located.
