Police are investigating a deadly crash in Phoenix overnight.
Crews were called to the scene of the crash near 10th Street and McDowell Road just before 1:30 a.m. Friday.
Phoenix police officials say an eastbound vehicle crossed over the center line and collided head-on with another vehicle that was headed westbound.
The driver of the car that crossed over the line, a 28-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Speed does not appear to be a factor in the crash. Police say the westbound vehicle's driver was not impaired.
No further information was released.
