PHOENIX — Police say a man is dead after crashing his ATC in Phoenix Saturday night.
Authorities say 34-year-old Miguel Villanueva was driving his ATC eastbound on Devonshire Road near 63rd Drive when he rode up on the sidewalk causing the three-wheeler to turn over.
Police say Villanueva, who was not wearing a helmet, suffered head trauma.
Officers say he was transported to the hospital where he later died from his injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
