A 22-year-old man is in extremely critical condition after being run over by an RV Tuesday night,
Officers were called to the scene near Happy Valley Road and the Black Canyon Highway around 10 p.m.
Phoenix fire crews tell ABC15, callers reported the man was either sleeping or passed out when the incident occurred.
Phoenix police say it appears the victim may have been intoxicated. He is not being identified at this time.
