PHOENIX — A man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle while riding a bike in central Phoenix on Friday evening.
According to Phoenix police, the man was struck while riding a bicycle near 20th Street and Highland Avenue around 6 p.m.
The man was taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition, police say.
An investigation is ongoing. Further details about the circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately available.
