Police are investigating a deadly shooting overnight in Phoenix.
Officers were called out to an apartment complex near 19th and Highland avenues where a man and woman were reportedly shot in the parking lot.
Phoenix police said the 29-year-old male victim died at the hospital. The 32-year-old female victim suffered a non-life-threatening injury.
Police say the incident started when the two victims were involved in an argument and the suspect became involved and shot both victims.
A suspect was reportedly located nearby and was detained without incident.
