Salt River Project has partnered with Nissan to offer it's customers a chance to buy the new 2018 Nissan LEAF from a participating dealership in Maricopa County at a discounted rate.
An SRP spokesperson said the program will provide a $3,000 instant rebate to eligible SRP customers who buy a 2018 LEAF with the added potential for a $7,500 federal tax credit.
Nissan's latest electric vehicle model has a range of about 150 miles, according to an SRP news release.
To participate in the incentive program, customers are instructed to go to SRP's website to download and print the flyer and bring a copy of their utility or e-bill to a participating Nissan dealership.
The incentive program will be available until June 30 while supplies last and may be subject to additional limitations and eligibility requirements.
