Drivers heading south on State Route 51 through central Phoenix had to deal with restricted lanes Thursday night.
The Arizona Department of Transportation said several vehicles were involved in a crash near the Camelback overpass.
The right lanes were blocked just before 10 p.m., ADOT said. The center lane was cleared around 10:15 p.m., though the right-hand lane remained blocked for longer, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
DPS said the crash involved two vehicles, one of which rolled over. The driver of the rollover vehicle was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Troopers did not immediately have an update on his condition.
Authorities remained on the scene to investigate how the crash happened and whether or not alcohol played a factor.
