The Department of Public Safety is investigating a single-vehicle collision involving a motorcyclist on a Valley freeway.
The collision happened on the ramp from westbound Loop 202 to eastbound Interstate 10.
Officials said the motorcycle rider was sent to a hospital with serious injuries.
The ramp had been shut down but later reopened.
