More than 800 Arizona non-profits are hoping you will take action and donate Tuesday during Arizona Gives Day.

One of the 800 non-profits is Gabriel's Angels. The organization will pair up therapy dogs with abused, neglected and at-risk youth to help them open up and build trust.

They have about 180 dogs statewide and serve about 14,000 kids per year.

Last year, Arizonans participating in Arizona Gives Day raised more than $2 million, helping charities do more for our state.

"There's 20,000 children in foster care so we are not reaching all the kids that need us," said Pam Gaber, with Gabriel's Angels. "You know honestly, like Arizona Gives Day, it allows us to increase our capacity and service more children."
