An Arizona man is facing felony charges after Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies allege he molested a family acquaintance.
Deputies say earlier this week, the girl told her mother that 39-year-old Gerardo Silvas had been molesting her for the last two years.
The girl's mother called authorities and when deputies confronted Silvas, they say he admitted to receiving nude photos of the girl, but said he never touched her.
Silvas was booked into 4th Avenue jail on one count of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Officials say the case was turned over to detectives and is currently an ongoing investigation with possibly more charges pending.
