PHOENIX — Police are investigating a deadly stabbing in Phoenix.
The incident occurred around 10:20 p.m. Wednesday in the area of 35th Avenue and Camelback Road.
Police say a man was stabbed in the abdomen and taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police believe the suspect, identified as 30-year-old Jason Hernandez and victim knew each other.
Hernandez was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on one count of homicide.
The investigation is ongoing.
