A man is dead following an overnight fight and shooting in a central Phoenix parking lot.
The incident happened around 1 a.m. on Wednesday in the area of 30th Street and Thomas Road.
Phoenix police officers on scene say five people were walking through a parking lot when they got into an argument. Two men started to physically fight each other when one of the men pulled out a gun and shot the other.
The shooting victim died from his injuries, and the others involved fled the scene.
The shooting is under investigation and few other details were available.
