Officials are asking for the public's help to find a Phoenix homicide suspect.
Phoenix police said a man (pictured above) was found dead at Encanto Park around 10:15 a.m. on August 10.
According to police, the victim had obvious signs of trauma that points to a homicide.

The victim has not been identified but is known as "Richard."
