How to hide political posts on Facebook

A new application allows Facebook users to hide political posts on their newsfeed.

Socialfixer lets users hide political posts – without unfriending people.

Users can also select their own keywords on topics/issues they don’t want to see on their Facebook feed.

Socialfixer will only work on computers – not on the Facebook mobile App.

Here are the steps to remove political posts:

1. Socialfixer.com
2. Download the extension
3. Login into Facebook
4. Click on wrench icon upper right corner
5. Click on Social Fixer Options
6. In the new window, select filters
7. Select Election/Politics 2017
