PHOENIX — A homicide investigation is underway early Monday morning in Phoenix.
Officials were called to the area of 27th and Campbell avenues around 12:15 a.m. after reports of a shooting. When crews arrived at the scene, they located a 16-year-old boy with gunshot wounds.
The victim, identified as Tommy Ralph Lopez, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No suspects have been identified or located.
